2013- Mr. Greening Incorporated RFI Construction Management.  His experience of managing General Contracting Firms and managing Reconstruction Projects for 20 years provides a bridge between Owners and Contractors.  As a seasoned professional of Construction Projects, Mr. Greening is committed to his clients, his projects and his people. In 2007-2013 Mr. Greening accepted partnership and was the President of a Bay Area based General Contractors/Consultants firm.  Mr. Greening managed 3 offices in California and 1 office in Nevada. In the past 5 years, Mr. Greening managed over $100 million in reconstruction repairs.

From 1997 to 2007 Mr. Greening was the Vice President of Operations for a California/ Nevada Construction Company.  Mr. Greening was instrumental in the development of the company’s growth from a 75 employee company in 1997 to 800 employees in 2007

From 1993 to 1997 Mr. Greening was a Project manager of multi unit reconstruction projects for occupied condominium and apartments. His duties include field management of manpower, sub-contractors, materials, budgets and contract administration of multiple projects.

Mr. Greening was Educated at Oregon State University in Construction Engineering Management and San Jose State in Uniformed Building Codes. Mr. Greening is a certified graduate of FMI Professional Project Management.  Mr. Greening is a licensed General Contractor (B) and Painting Contractor (C33) and is currently upgrading his ICBO Building Official Licenses to include ICC combination building Inspector status.
